Application and Research of Decision Tree Algorithm in Protein Structure Prediction

In this paper,the decision tree algorithm is applied in the protein structure prediction.We point out the selection algorithm of classification attribute,the classification algorithm and the pruning algorithm,and make a comparison of the improved decision tree algorithm and C4.5 algorithm.
