A Study on the Copyright Infringement Problems Related to P2P Technology

Since the end of last century,P2P software represented by Napster has developed rapidly,which results in the rapid development of P2P technology,bringing about battles between infringement and anti-infringement one by one in the copyright area.On the basis of a detailed explanation of the P2P technology,this article makes a preliminary study on the copyright infringement problems brought by it from these aspects——the behavior subjects,responsibility of themselves,and so on.
