Design of Power Switching Amplifier Based on TL494

The paper presents a design method of the power switching amplifier based on TL494.The amplifier adopts general PWM generator chip TL494,its backward stage power driving uses a unique way of MOSFET complementarity,and its output uses two condensers to build up a half-bridge circuit.The amplifier can work in the voltage range of 24 V to 60 V,with the characteristic of the circuit simpleness,steady working state and high cost performance.Thus,it can be widely applied to the industrial annunciator which requires less than 10 kHz frequency response and can enhance the competitive power of the products.
