An Improved Effectiveness Evaluation Method Based on Grey Cloud Model

Cloud model can implement the transition between qualitative values and quantitive values. The cloud model is applied in white function, in which we construct grey cloud model. This method overcomes the shortcomings of classic white function, and improved the classic GAHP method. This method is used to evaluate the effectiveness of aerostat radar simulative training system, which provides a good attempt for the application in future.
