Authentication Framework for Network Integration

This paper analyzed the security requirements of authentication system in network integration. Based on Self-certified Public Key theory, an authentication scheme was proposed. The scheme combines the advantages of ECC and Symmetric key authenetication, decreased the network load greatly and balances between security and efficiency.
