The Analysis of Constructing the Long-term Popular Nuclear-culture Mechanism at the New Type Industrialization Period

At the new type industrialization period,one important factor hinder the fully development of Nuclear power,a safe,clean and efficient energy,is the absence of effective mechanism for its pubic publicity and promotion.Grasping the essence and features of the popularization of nuclear-culture accurately at the new type industrialization period do great benefits to reveal the practical value of nuclear power and establish the long-term popular mechanism of the nuclear-culture.The construction of the long-term popular mechanism should adhere to the principles of reality,operability,systematicness and innovativeness,etc,which encompass basic,operational and evaluative mechanisms,etc.
