Design of a high-precision bipolar bandgap Voltage reference

Design of a high precision bandgap voltage reference circuit based on bipolar technology is presented in this paper.The structure of the circuit is very simple and the performance is excellent.The simulation results with Candence Spectre show that the temperature coefficient is about 5.7 ppm/℃ in the temperature range from-50～90℃.The line regulator is 1.0mV/V using the pow-er supply voltage range from 3V to 15V and the power supply rejection ration(PSRR)is-55dB.
