Research on E-government Based on Unified Modeling Language

This article mainly introduces the application of Unified Modeling Language(UML) in modeling and developing of E-Government system.Firstly,the article discusses the signification of E-Government,the system model and the key techniques realizing E-Government;then,summarizes modeling mechanism、modeling process and concrete content of UML which is the same with E-Government system;emphasizes detail application of UML in 5 phases of E-Government development including demand analysis,system analysis,system design,system realization and system deployment;in the end the article expects the research hotspots and development in the future in the field of combination of E-Government realization and Object-Oriented(OO) UML.
