Malaria is one the parasitic diseases of highest mortality,especially Plasmodium falciparem malaria.At present,there are quite a variety of anmimalarials,but resistance to antimalarials in treatment of malari has been universly recorded Pyronaridine,the domestically developed antimalarial,is characterized by safety,high efficacy and without cross reactions to have a wide prospect in treatment of malaria and marked therautic effect can be achieved if in combination with other antimalarias.
