A Facial Organs Positioning Method Based on Grayness Mutation

This paper presents a facial organs positioning method based on grayness mutation at the organs’circumambience.The principle is to impose multiple differential operators on facial region,which highlights the nearby area of the facial organs and form many high-brightness distribution areas.Then by imposing several selection rules on the high-brightness areas to exclude interference region and obtained valid regions which fit with the facial organs geometrical centers.As further application,we may create a mobile cartoon-style personal mask,through organ diversion, wink wearing masks and other transfiguration techniques.
