LSP Transcoding between AMR,G.723.1 and G.729A

It addresses important issues on transcoding between different speech codes.Conventional transcoding algorithms on LSP conversion are refined with regard to the structure of coders.The performance of the proposed algorithms is verified by trancoding between AMR,G.723.1 and G.729A.Compared with traditional tandem transcoding schemes,the complexity is reduced by about 10% and speech quality is also improved.
