Network Construction for Journal of Research University in the New Situation

Starting from the present situation of the network of domestic universities and the existing problems,with the effective combination of computer network and the university journal,the necessity to strengthen the network construction of university journal in the new situation is pointed out.The specific contents of network construction are analysised about the aspects of communication,work flow,content improvement,and the functions are analyzed,at last,the new requirements of the network development are related,and the corresponding countermeasures are given.
