A Power Quality-Data Monitoring and Analysis System Based on ZigBee Technology

This paper proved it is viable that ZigBee technology was used in power system,and presented functional requirements of power quality monitoring and analysis based on ZigBee technology.The author completed parts of hardware and software design,and the system was applied to a steel plant.The result of tests showed that monitoring and analysis system was simple and convenient when it was installed.The whole system has many advantages,for instance,highly job security,well electromagnetic compatibility and highly application popularize value.
