Research of Network Topology Discovery Based on TCP/IP

A new algorithm of Network Topology Discovery is proposed after a discussion about the features and drawbacks of the current technology. In terms of the layering of network without increasing arithmetic complication, the network in two degrees based on ICMP and SNMP is researched. This method is much practicable in network management.
