As self-service equipment has some shortcomings such as low management level and utilization rate,high administrative costs,and slow response to equipment failures,a remote monitoring platform for transport management self-service based on B/S and C/S is designed.The platform relies on public security net and is based on terminal acquisition subsystem,which provides standard and safe self-service equipment monitoring and management service for the administrators of public security traffic management departments,the operator of self-service device management,call center agents and maintenance services' providers.
