The history of basic management model of pipeline project management was summarized.Organization management model and successful experience of Huai-wu pipeline projects were summarized and studied based on project fact of Huai-wu pipeline construction for west-east natural gas transmission in order to propose valuable scientific basis for the organization and management of long-distance transmission pipeline construction.
