Calculation of Frequency,Duration and Availability Indexes in Capacity-Limited Network

It is difficult to calculate frequency, duration and availability indexes in a capacitylimited complex network. This paper presents an approach to obtain these indexes using a conditional probability formulation and topological enumeration of all the required states, considering the capacity limitation of the links in a given network. This approach can be used to obtain the expressions of frequency duration and availability indexes,and can also be used to obtain accurate estimates of the indexes for Largescale network.
