Building RTU system with single-chip microcomputer and FPGA

In the increasing development of national economy,it is so important that we should utilize water resource efficiently and manage it capably because water a very essential resource for living and manufacturing.So the way we used to collect data by human must be changed in order to digitalize,informationalize water conservancy.This paper introduces the building of RTU with single-chip microcomputer and FPGA based on hydrological data collecting terminals which is used in DUJIANGYAN. And details the key technology-configuration of FPGA.
