Evaluation Model of University Teachers Quality based on RNN

Citing U.S.teacher evaluation,a new teacher evaluation system is established by RBF neural network(RNN),from teachers' sense of responsibility,knowledge structure,management ability,critical ability,research ability and cooperative communication skills.The results show that better reflected actual ability of teachers.
