A Study of Current-Summing Mode DC-DC Converter

The small-signal model of a current-summing mode CMOS DC-DC converter is presented in this paper.The frequency compensation design methods for control loop is discussed.The DC-DC converter by using current-summing mode has been designed.The results of simulation are in concordance with the theoretical analysis,that is,response time of converter is less than 40 μs,the accuracy of output votcage is 20 mV.
