An exploration of theories and methods of semantic-functional grammar

Taking the semantic grammar as its core and stressing the function of semantic grammar in grammatical analysis, the semantic-functional grammar has provided convenient methods for conducting systematical and radiating research. More studies in distribution, transformation and semantic features have ensured the establishment of a scientific and practical grammatical system on the basis of the broad semantic views and the broad functional views in terms of its operations and methods. Studies of cross subjects in the area of semantic-functional grammar have enabled its theories to be more scientific and reliable.
