Application of Internet of Things Technology in Intelligent Material Handling System

The paper illustrates how the Internet of things work in intelligent material handling system by three examples,which are the role of the internet of things technology in the continuous loading and unloading system,the loading and unloading ship machine system and the coal conveying system.And this paper also points out the future development of intelligent materials handling system should combine with the technology of cloud computing,the technology of artificial intelligence,the technology of M2M(Machine to Machine),which would make the intelligent material handling system become more intelligent,autonomous,durable and reliable.
