Effect of Body Position during Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy on Circulation and Respiration Function of Patients and its Nursing

Objective To explore the influence of body position during percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) on circulation and respiration function of patients and its nursing.Methods The mean blood pressure,heart rate,SaO2 and comfort degrees of 42 patients undergone PCNL were retrospectively analyzed.The data were collected at the following time points: before anaesthesia,10 min after anaesthesia,after lithotomy position,after prone position,and every 30 min during operation.Results The blood pressure decreased significantly 10 min after anaesthesia and 30 min after prone position in all of the 42 patients,and the SaO2 declined after prone position and administration of adjuvant anaesthesia drugs.Conclusion Appropriate nursing measures can maintain stable vital signs and reduce complications in patients undergone PCNL.
