Application of fuzzy measure theory in DSIDSS

Comprehensive evaluation of dam safety is a complex multi-hierarchy and multi-index evaluation problem.Not only the local safety behavior based on a single measurement point and a single item but the entirety safety behavior based on multiple measurement points and multiple items should be considered.Based on the safety evaluation criterion analysis and fuzzy set theory,the representation methods of dam safety criteria and treatment methods of uncertain factors are studied.The dam safety comprehensive evaluation model is established using the fuzzy measure and fuzzy integration theories.An application shows that it is practical and effective.
