Silt arrester project of the Yellow River has been suffered by earth pressure, water pressure and all kinds of factors and effects. It will come out uneven settle and uneven crevice. If there should be the biggest flood in a century, it would be in imminent danger. The result would have been dreadful to contemplate. According to observing, analyzing and studying, this paper points out that silt arrester project of the Yellow River must carry out studying and observing uneven settle at the same time.
