Design and Application of New Type Internal Combustion Hot Stove

Introduces the design character and application effect of new type internal combustion hot stove in Zhangdian iron and steel general works. Aiming at the defects of old type internal combustion hot stove, such as the unstability of the huge wall structure, the easily burning through of the fire wall, easily sinking of trident point of the blast pipe and the unstability of the arch roof, etc, new wall structure and fire wall structure are designed, arch roof with suspended chain line as well as new products and advanced technology, such as high efficiency ceramic burner, combined bricks and soft water closed loop system, etc, are adopted. The defects in the old type hot stove were avoided. The blast temperature of hot stove is up to 1000℃ and the production of hot stove is very normal through two years operation.
