Through testing and analysis it is determined that causes to the explosion of the 110?kV lightning arrester at the substation of the Power Supply Plant in the Silicon Steel Mill are defects of design and manufacture and therefore it is recommended that reliable high quality products manufactured by the manufacturing companies with good reputation be selected.
