The Problem Solving Analysis of the User's Information Retrieval

The paper proceeds with the user's problem solving,the author introduced the basic axiom of problem solving,analyzed the process of the user's information retrieval,the author considered the process of information retrieval can be divided five periods,that is information identification,information representation,information retrieval justice,information feedback and performance evaluation.On the basic of analyzing user's information retrieval the author give some suggestion to improve the efficiency of it.
