Management of Back Issues in Universities under the Network Environment

In this paper,through analysis on the existed problems in the management of back issues in the department reference room of colleges,how to strengthen the management under internet was proposed,to make full use of the documentary sources of back issues and increase its utilization to meet the readers' demand under internet.
