Half wave rectification inversion of auditory model for speech reconstruction

The negative half of acoustic signals will be lost when they are passing through auditory model.A method for recovering acoustic signals using Gammatone filter based on the inversion of half wave rectification of auditory model is introduced.The lost infor-mation will be reconstructed when the auditory model system are processing the acoustic signals.Experimental results show that the method introduced is really effective
