With the advent of the Internet era,the traditional paper-based Commercial paper has been unable to meet market demand.Electronic commercial paper because of the inherent advantages has become in globalization trends.To deal with capital and currency markets of some of the problems,the electronic commercial paper in Japan has been in the implementation of the agenda.Japan not only formulated a series of laws and regulations in order to offseting infrastructure construction,but also formed a commercial paper agreements in order to providing services mechanism.The course of development of Japan's commercial paper and Japanese Capital Market Association has a great significance to our country.
