The MTI 3D Model for the Estimation of E-learning Tools in Higher Education Field

The estimation of E-learning tools has wide application in higher education field.Through the construction of 3D model which are Management,Technological and Instructional,we can define the set of estimation factors.Based on this,we can synthetically use AHP and Fuzzy Theory to finish the estimation process and to achieve the integration between qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The MTI 3D model can set each factor systematacially and neatly,so it can make the estimation process and the result to be scientific and reasonable.
