This paper made in-depth analysis of the college students' reluctance in applying for party members,by means of reverse monitoring.Namely,it discussed the influencing factors of the college students' hesitation in applying for the party members.Later on,it proposed countermeasures and suggestions to increase the enthusiasm in applying for the party members,which will provide a particular working aspect for the party building in the colleges and universities.
