Discussion about High Frequency and Precision Absolute Value Circuit

Absolute value circuit is the key part of subrange ADC,its Amplitude and frequency characteristics directly affect the Amplitude and frequency characteristics of ADC.This paper we discuss the shortage of a normal voltage mode absolute value circuit and present some ideal to improve its performance.
