In recent years,food safety has occurred frequently,and has been a serious threat to the health and quality of life of consumers,while the entire food industry had a negative impact.To better solve the food problem in the enterprise to effectively manage production and food security monitoring,application of information technology to food safety based on things,causing a very widespread concern.This paper things and food safety information technology applications to proceed,construction status of food safety information,as well as prospects for the development problems that require their attention some suggestions.
