Research and Design of XKMS-based Centralizing Identity Management System

Upon careful study of the XML Key Management Specification,the XML-Signature technology and the XML-Encryption technology,this paper proposes a solution of secure Web Services which is based on XKMS,and pro- vides a PKI service.And,this paper also describes the researches on certification registration process and certification validation algorithm.
