Application of Fundamental Geo-information Spatial-temporal Database Management System and Its Testing

The geo-information possesses of the characters of spatial distributionand temporal,and the quick updating for geo-informationdata is becoming the researchhotspot at present.Based on the application exampleof the construction of fundamental geo-informationspatial-temporal database management system for Daqing High-tech Developing Zone,this paper detailedly discussed the procedure of data collection,organizing and processing,and database construction,etc.It also realized the dynamic associating and updating,spatial-temporal backtracing,and dynamic visualization of the database.Finally,through the application analysis on the function modules of the system,it put forward the suggestionson software testing for the system.The establishment of database management system provided a relatively complete solution for the construction of fundamental geo-information dynamic database,and provided the essential technical support and basic support for further application and popularization.
