Views on Dispute of Scholar-type Editors

With the issue of scholar-type editors coming out,the dispute about it is emerging,including its supporters as well as its objectors.The paper puts forward that the view of scholar-type editors should approve the editors to go in for the academic research according to the editing characteristics and regulations,put aside the text expression.
