Applet Characteristic Properties Analysis in Java Language

Java Applet is a program of new type that has different characteristic properties to common utility programs. It is specially designed as programs running on Web pages. All Applet programs downloaded from Webs are restricted to what they can do in users` computers, thus Applet is high security. From the view of a programmer, the most different of Java Applet programs to Java utility programs are the variant in Applet organizational modes. Applet has not main() block but it processes specific events by calling a series of standard methods.
