Design of Self-adaptive Pace for Net Monitor System Based on SNMP

How to configure pace of collecting network flow parameter is important when designing network monitor system based on SNMP.This paper analyses negative effect on network monitor system brought by improper pace configuration,and proposes the countermeasures for configuring pace of network monitor system.By applying the proposed countermeasures,the network monitor system can avoid the negative effect caused by improper pace configuring and has the ability of self adapting for monitoring environment.
