Through repeating the line of Yang Hui triangle,a new factional type can be got and the fibonacci in defect of first term 1 in it can be discovered.If importing two Steps Order Series,it can rebuild the math model of this triangle.Thereby a new means to denote this sequence expressions using rational can be revealed out.
