Development of Software Exception Analysis Expert System Based on Web

This paper introduces main structure of the software exception analysis expert system, knowledge express, inference machine and method of implementing Web application. The system can diagnose common exception of software running in Internet, present exception analysis, put forward improvement advise, and can explain the analysis process, present inference steps. The system is provided with self-study capacity, can enrich new expert knowledge into knowledge base constantly to enhance its diagnosis and inference power.
