Constructing Open and Sharing Platform to Improve the Use Efficiency of Large-Scale Instruments and Equipment

Large scale instruments and equipment are important material conditions of personnel training,scientific research and social services.It is also a symbol of university's standards and comprehensive strength.This paper analyzed the problem and cause of constructing large scale instruments and equipment sharing platform at present and put forward the construction thoughts of centralized management and specialized management.Furthermore,aimed at those construction thoughts and based on the specific conditions in our university,the paper suggested the measures of large scale instruments and equipment sharing in idea,regulations,assessment system,daily management,incentive mechanism and constructing information platform etc,improving the use efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment.
