Bin Luo · Electronics & Packaging · 2015

Based on the ADS simulation technology, a negative feedback way is proposed to ensure stability of the circuit by using microstrip line instead of lump inductance, at the same time, matching of noise amplifier is achieved by using microstrip line instead of lump inductance or capacitance, it is easy to debug and cost saving. Finally, it is designed that A low noise of 2.4 GHz band possess lower noise figure and high gain after optimizing and tuning. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results within a range of 2.4 GHz~2.5 GHz, VSWR ≤ 1.45, GAIN ≥ 12 d B, noise figure NF ≤ 0.63. The lower noise figure and high gain amplifier can increase the communication distance and communication capacity, and improve communication quality by using WLAN system.
