Colleges are very important parts in public education and public service,and the realization of a harmonious society can not be separated from the building of a harmonious campus.With easy access to the Internet,there are more and more young people surfing online and reading the world every day and it thus has become of great significance to provide comparatively advisable suggestions from the Net to young people as to public opinions.Based on the features and positioning of Internet public opinion guidance in campus,the paper followed is to propose four suggestive ways in guiding the campus network and thus establish a veritable positive,aspiring and harmonious college campus.
