Data Association and Algorithm of Location Based on TDOA with Three Satellites

The paper, firstly, sets up the computational model of the location algorithm based on TDOA with three satellites, and obtains an iterative location algorithm on a foundation of the maximum likelihood estimation. Secondly, the association problem of pulse′s TOA at different satellites is analyzed, and also a data association method based on the transcendental information of the three satellites is presented. Finally, the performance of the location algorithm with the data association method and different constellation of satellites and are verified by the Monte Carlo simulation experiments.
