PSP is designed for software engineer to complete the work outstanding,it helps software engineeres to measure and analyze and improve the process of work through the method of going on step by step.Thereby this can enhance the work efficiency and reduce work mistakes,and achieve develop high quality software products in the end.This paper describes the continuate betterment process of PSP,and in the development of software,it gives the framework of PSP and analyze the relationship of PSP,TSP and CMM.It's illustrate the concrete practice process in the development of automatic office work.
