The Inequality of Modular Lattice with Its Application

The inequality of modular lattice is given by a necessary and sufficient condition of modular lattice which to induced modular law.It is proved that the whole ideals of any Ring can make modular lattice to use the definition of modular lattice inequality.Metric lattice is also modular lattice.
