Along with the continuous increase of the level of enterprise management, the enterprises need more and more computer-based managerial software, and the scope of the software is wider and wider, and many MIS application software are produced. Because the generation and output of the report are complicated when the users are using MIS software, and the development of the software is very difficult for the software developers, and through analysis and summary, this paper realizes the self-defining function for the report users with the help of Office platform and generates a very flexible and convenient reporting system.
