Moving target classification based on Krawtchouk moment

A moving target classification method based on Krawtchouk moment is proposed to achieve effective classification of moving targets,which is used in video surveillance system.In order to achieve accurate classification results,the low-level Krawtchouk moment invariants of the target images are extracted to ensure translation,scale and rotation invariance,then cluster data using K-means clustering algorithm.At last,the experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of this method,the result shows this method has a better effectiveness than the method with Hu moment invariants.
